Quote - I would look at the readme of the product.  If there is no specific directions or guidance as to installation, open the zip and peek into the runtime folder for the Python Scripts folder.  Based on it's presence (or absence), install the folder into the main Poser runtime.  Otherwise, any external runtime should do. 

I haven't used this yet, but I just dropped it into poser.
