Apparently not! I tried create FBM. A dial appears-which does nothing. I tried Export and Load Obj morph-no effect upon loading. Nice dials though.
I think your other idea- load morphs in Daz-THEN create Poser Companion files, then import into Poser might just work....

Not sure if there is a more elegant solution, but you can export the dial-morphed Genesis object and re-load it as a full body morph just like you can do with every other Poser figure.
Of course you would need to first zero all scaling if any of the morphs you used uses it.
There are phyton scripts that can unify dial spin morphs. Not sure if they work with the Genesis cr2.
I guess it would be easier to use Studio to add your morph directly to the Genesis "gene-pool", so that it becomes a part of the default Genesis cr2 that you load in Poser.
Otherwise you will have to safe your modified Genesis as a new cr2, wich breaks things like the UV-switching.
