Ok! Hello everybody!
Unfortunately we can not please "Greeks and Trojans." I have received some messages because my models are not free for commercial and personal use.
"If it is not for commercial use is not free" (This was one of the messages).
Well, in 2005, I posted my last works of 3D models to be sold here and also 107 free Stuff in total. In 2007 I began spending the worst moments of my life when I discovered through my neurologist, who was with a disorder, which he diagnosed as focal dystonia, which compromised my sitema central nervous when I started to feel that more could not control the movements accurately my right arm, called "writer's cramp".
The arm hardens everytime I try to do something that requires light movements. Write, draw, for example. Things got worse since then in 2008, 2009, no longer accessed the Renderosity, stood not, nor gave any news until I learned that my shop had been closed, no files, model, available for sale. I lost my domain site: www.gendragon.com, employment and the most precious of my life, the gift of drawing, painting, modeling and guitar. I stayed for almost 3 months paralyzed from head to toe this time. Today I'm back, back cautiously and gradually shaping with difficulty, because I needed to raise my left hand to model and write. I never had a crisis either. Today anything that turns my nervous system as; sadness, fright, worry, physical exertion, or if I try to use the hand that was before my working tool, believe me, my body is completely paralyzed. I have suffered a cardiac arrest and the doctors can not figure out the cause, but I know that it is hereditary.

Why am I writing all this?
I'm bound to change the readmes licensing models that I'm posting are many models. They were on sale, so many large are written for non-commercial use. I do not care, they can use them as you wish, sell them, give credit and do not need to even comment. I decided that I will create freebies as God will let me, is therapy for me, but please just willingly accept what I'm posting, do not question, as I wrote above, I'm limited to changing the freebies that were posted and more 80 models from the store and they were still not published for free.
Sorry for the rant and if I offended anyone, in fact I would go back to being who I was, to post, post, post and post, fill this place of my fantasies in the form of 3D models and can help those in need of a particular model because it does not have a program that can create or that you do not have time for this or want to know how the model was made, as was mapped etc.

I would ask once again that the moderator of this forum has been so patient as my terrible mistakes, please help me to put personal or commercial use, at least the newer models that I posted recently. I want to continue posting, I believe that I am not invalid, not here, because I retired at age 44 due to disability. I can no longer sign my own name, but I'm training my left hand to the right shape better than modeled. The result of this can already be seen by some models already posted, "Gen 3D Backdrop V1 and V2", "Old Tree and Stone," "Tree and Stone Cave" and "Lost Temple Ruine."

Inspirational story!  Keep up the good work, they are your products and freebies, do with them as you wish!  I appreciate a good freebie, no matter the terms...and you sir, have some good freebies!  :)

A very inspirational story, and I am sorry that you were forced to write it because of some dimwit who cannot accept a freebie with conditions.  Like edoutlaw said above, "They are your products and freebies", you should be able to do what you want with them.

I wish you all the best, and hope someday they do find out what is wrong and can help you again enjoy all the things you once did.

Gen you let me know what you want, and I'll place your terms in the details section of your items. However, as others have stated, you can make your own terms on them as you please..you do NOT have to allow commercial usage if you don't want to..those who want to take your items and sell them for their own...grrr... they should be lucky you allow them to use the items at all...oh don't even get me started >:(

Anyway, just let me know what you want and I'll get it done for you. :)

LOL @ Jani...that is a trap for me as well...just stopped in to see what condition my condition was in and y said it right in your reply. IMO these are amazingly generous free offerings and as they are free the artist is allowed to establish usage terms and if they don't want folks selling them which is how models are used commercially, then it is
THEIR RIGHT to stipulate same.....

As for the Readme, I just wanted them to know that the freebies could be used for personal use, creating games, animation, scenes in general, print advertising etc. But these people are asking me to give up my rights if it is still free. So all I did, in my memory, will be forgotten. My daughters do not know whether these models were made by me. To be honest, I'm more concerned with is my health. Do not want it to disturb the harmony that I have here at Renderosity. I have many friends here.
Changing the subject, I just post the Invader IV in session forum and free Stuff. Waiting for approval.

That is an amazing story. Sorry that you have to go through so much suffering. That must have been really tough.

You are very generous and, if I can give a word of advice, you should not worry about what people say about the conditions you release your products. You made them, you decide how they are used. That is a simple principle and if people don't understand it or don't like it then it's their problem. Ungrateful whiners. :)

I saw that terrible comment and it made me very angry so I posted a thread in the FreeStuff section, but I did not mention the details.  Now that you have posted here, I can say that I fully support your decision to make it FREE FOR NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. I disagree with the poor behaviour by some ungrateful people who insist that a freebie must be free for BOTH commercial AND non-commercial use.  

And to such ungrateful people, I say: I have as much a right to say my piece as you have, so don't talk back.

Thanks for sharing your incredible talent and vision with us.  It is my belief that the wishes of the artist must be the last say in it's use and distribution.  You should do as you please with your work. Share it. Limit it or give carte blanche. Your choice.
