I can run Poser Pro 2010 in openSUSE using Wine 1.5-22; it uses Wine-Gecko.  Did you install the Flash plugin for FF into Wine?  Download the executable from Adobe...

Yeah sure I can run Poser's own library .swf file even on my linux native Chromium; it's just not running inside Poser. But as said ... I don't need it anyway. Just a minor blemish in an otherwise "works right out of the box in linux" experience.
