Nope.

You want it to move in Poser, you have to rig it in Poser.

(Or Studio)

It's really not hard to rig something mechanical like a car in Poser:

Import each part of the car separately.

Parent each part to the body of the car in the hirarchy editor.

Press "create new figure" button.

Load that new figure from "New Figures" Runtime.

Switch of "bend" for all bodyparts and move the joint centers to where you want them.

Set limits if desired.

Use the dependency editor to create ERC if you want all the controls to be in the body actor.

Safe as a new figure.

 

Rigging a realistic human figure can take days, but a car is usually done in an hour or so at most unless you want to add some really fancy animation controls.
