Erm, the scaling issue has been fixed.  Have you downloaded the latest Service Pack?

If you want to fit 1 figures clothes onto another, you have several options.

Poser comes with Wardrobe Wizard - get the plug-ins you need at:

And away you go - if you want to use something else, there is Xdresser (Windows only):

Another good helper application to have is Morphing Clothes (it will add morphs to clothing that doesn't have the ones you need):
