Just off the top of my head here, I would double check the body part names. When I've had trouble with parts not showing up it has had something to do with the part name in the cr2 and the part name in the obj not matching exactly. I remember Poser adding numbers after the figure and part names (like :2 and :3 ) each time you save but I can't remember if that caused a problem.
