I did, indeed, have this set, so I installed it in my runtime and took a turn lighting the structure. One infinte light, BB's envsphere, and one point light for the interior. Midday yellow sun @ 80% intensity; interior light @ 20% intensity. To enhance the texture on the store, I added ambient occlusion nodes and had those evaluated by IDL. I also lowered the diffuse_values to 85%. Exterior shadow value off the key light was decreased to allow more detains to show. Threw Alyson in as a focal point and rendered.
From my viewpoint, the textures are perfectly fine for rendering. As recommended, build up the lighting individually until you get the effect that pleases you, but don't forget view the lighting in a realistic manner.
