killing and cannibalism may come under prohibition against torture, but generic violence (e.g. girl with gun/sword) may be allowed, provided one notes violence in checkbox.

I found the answer,

No Torture [defined as: the infliction of intense pain (as from burning, crushing, wounding (*as in killing Dragons/monsters, or Cannabalism (*should be added to this list), crucifixion, to punish, coerce, or afford sadistic pleasure]

I was just puzzled that we have some products that explicitly are to be used for cannabalism, some gallery images with weapons impaling creatures, and yet that was what I thought was strictly against the TOU. If the rules are as stated, what is one to do with a product that does this if the images are against the very same issue forbidden by the gallery TOU? It is confusing.

I personally want to do Dragon Fighting images, I am seeing Zombie images, but are both are against these rules? So is it time to review the TOU and make some much needed changes?

Hi,

If you could please "email" examples of what exactly you are referring to I would be glad to take a look at them and get back with you on this issue.

I have just learnt that there is a new definition to torture.

Anything where someone is tied, confined or otherwise held against there will is now considered torture.

So images of someone under arrest, in jail, handcuffed or otherwise restrained etc are considered torture.
