No Apophysis Scripts are not compatible with J-Wildfire as they are. J-Wild is Java Based language, Apo Scripts would have to be rewritten in Java to be used. It's true some Apo Params (later Prams 7x14 or 7x15) will work in J-Wild and Vice Versa but not in all cases it depend on many variables, Plugin/Transforms etc. Java (J-Wild) and C++ (Apo)are completely different languages it's a wonder they are cross compatible at all.

DA has a large J-Wildfire group too but it's not anymore Dialup Friendly either though it's better than Facebook. I'm on Dialup too, just doesn't work well on sites full of Flash Adds and crazy Scripting the Huge Commercial Sites have now days.
