I too have slowed down using IBL cause as soon as I add a mesh light to it I get little specs of lights that look like dried powder that never quite solidify same if i add a mesh to the sunlight it will never quite clear up. I find its easier to have the sun provide enough light or alpha render and add a sky pic after the fact... Porn my wife knows i produce size fetish porn. She enjoys poking fun at the dialogue.
