Saxon, wonderful analogy on that builder thing.  Never looked at it that way either. That makes sense to me, with the arch comparisson.

Thanks again Joe on the tips with smoothing, and I'll have to remember to maybe remove the extra vertices it adds as well afterward if I do ind up using it again.  I realize not everyone has a machine like mine and I have to be poly friendly in my creations.
