May I toss in a question. Its the first time I am looking into rigging now.

What is the best way to keep weight maps symmetrical?
Use Figure/Symmetry/ "right to left" or "left to right " then choose "yes" for "copy joint's zones setup" query. I was happy to learn that this works even if the part you are working on is at the center of the figure like the chest or abdomen.
