yes, what you say is true, but none of those sites mentioned are dealing with "art."  they are strictly for selling, no fuss no muss...IMHO, when one visits an "artsy" site one expects to be pleased not only with its functionality, but also one would hope to derive a pleasing visual experience from the site.  once again, in my opinion, the Rosity site, as it stands, is an ugly, chaotic visual mess.  and, by the way, it is not all that great in the functionality department either.
