The EULA is different now, M-M, and specifically allows distribution of a modified product if a purchased product is required to use it.

I didn't read it like that; and Daz pretty much said that the 3D prints was the major change, not distribution. Even then I'm guessing that modified change needs to be available for distribution DAZ, not from a web location.

In any case, it's probably better to err on the side of caution and ask and keep any of DAZ rigging and mesh out of anything you distribute... and definitely ask daz directly (either by emailing DAZ or creating a support ticket). It's better to ask and find out exactly what you can do, rather than just listening to what's in a forum and put an item out for distribution then having to shop for lawyers after the fact because you didn't verify from the source and finding out that info was wrong.
