Kimberley.  My screen dosent look like that, that is a screen capture representation I placed into Photoshop and applied "Gausian" noise too to illustrate how better and softer the white areas would be covered with the texture that is applied to the headers and footers.  My screen is otherwise the same as everyone's.  Better now that the electric blue against the white, which was causing myself and a few other members eye pain.

 

I really am appreciative of the prompt fix you and IT did virtualy overnight.
