You can only directly morph Genesis' low-resolution base mesh. Subdivision will not add more detail. You'd need a displacement map for that.
But back to Aiko:
Ol' Aiko 3 could look quite realistic if she wanted, so why shouldn't Aiko 5 ?
I'm sure with the right shaders she can look 100% stylized as well.
