Most (adult) people fit those average proportions. Once in a while you'll find someone strangely mis-shapen, (like Jessi, or vicky), but for the most part, everyone is 7.5 heads tall - that is, whatever their head size is, times 7.5. It all ties in to the golden ratio: 1.618

Kids don't fall into the 7.5 rule. They are different depending on age. I think todlers are 4 heads and young teens are around 6, but the golden ratio still applies to them most of the time.
