The 3d features is better now than in CS5 according the review i have read

You can import 3d directly on a 3d layers

I just beginning to learn how to use it 

I have updated from cs5 to cs6 extended 

I also  render directly from DAZStudio to Photoshop layer I don't remember if i could did it before
