Cr2 is short for Character; it's the actual base  figure. 

You don't want to install anything except python scripts and add-ons into the main Poser program runtime when using Windows 7.

 

I noticed your external runtime is called 'M4 base'; did you install Morphs ++ into the same Runtime?  This is required for them to work properly...

 

edit; the default location for the M4 cr2 is Runtime/Libraries/Character/DAZ People/ how did they end up in Character?
