Perhaps I might have jumped the gun a little.  I just downloaded my purchase.  Perhaps something should be posted that alerts customers that they have to go to the MEMBERS menu and select MY ACCOUNT to get to their downloads for the items they purchased.  It's not very intuitive IMHO.  I would have thought that going to the marketplace would have the items I bought in my cart as download links (if it's going to be a find it yourself as an intuitive thing rather than specific instructions).
