I have uploaded Imploo Dev Rig. It contains a full rig with all the bones, a full rig with no finger bones, a lower rig with bones from hip to toes, an upper rig with bones from hip to fingers, and an upper rig without the fingers so you can select the rig to best suit the clothing item you are creating. Have fun creating lots of content for Imploo!
