Not sure about your previous registers, maybe one of my other sites...Tubestation site maybe? 

There are no other inactive registrations on that particular site? Also, you cannot duplicate the registrations as it would say you have already registered (unless you used another username and email address, however on checking there is nothing else showing up) so maybe the register did not take
