I forgot to make the changes I wanted to make to the screws before packing this up, but it should still be ok for most purposes, and I may revisit this at another time to fix those.  Use this object where ever you have a pole or pipe or railing in the floor, to add that extra touch of detail.

Thanks must go out to miss nancy, and Airflamesred for their input and contribution to this WIP!  I had no idea how these objects should really work or look in real life, so without you guys, I would have modeled a completely incorrect flange, based on a single reference image.  haha.
