Funny you mention it.  Some other public wifi sites also block Daz3d.com.  I live in a rural area and have poor internet at the house.  I go into town for large downloads.  When I started using Daz Install Manager (and had to do the intitial redownload) I ended up using the public library.  Got some reading done. :)
