You might also try adding a noise map, or a procedural noise in Shader Mixer, to create the fur - there was a thread on making fur with displacement using Shader Mixer in the old DAZ forum - forumarchive.daz3d.com. Reflections are pretty easy to set up, just dial up the Reflection Strength in the Surfaces pane with no map attached to reflection colour (and make sure there's something in the scene, and lit, to be reflected).
