Quote -  it appears to want a password, but I don't know where to find one...

 

When you submit the form with your name, country etc the password is on the page it returns with the link. It is printed above the link.

You should see this on the page, with the information included obviously. Then on the download page there is a space to enter the password.

Just downloaded the file so can confirm all working.
