odd they open fine in poser(p7) (just checked in Hex and they open fine there too) not over impressed wth the topo but theres no tri's or ngons and I relied on posers smoothing to make it look better

 

@ 3doutlaw nice idea mate but that would make my hobby into a job!! then what could I do for fun ;-)
