It is a render with just a specular light which brings out the starkness of most shiny surface which we don't commonly see when using a light source with both diffuse and specular attributes active. You can control that specularity by changing 1 light source to pure diffuse (turning the specular chip to black) then introducing a 2nd source with only the specular turned on and casting no shadows. Since no additional lighting is added with this arrangement, you can individually modify the intensities for each light for some interesting effects.
