You can't put content in the main program folder (such as Program Files/SmithMicro/PoserPro....etcc). There is a content folder under Users/"YourComputerName"/MyDocuments/PoserPro2012 Content (if you  have Windows 7). Other versions of Windows should have something comparable. If you're on a Mac I don't have a clue...lol. You should put your content there OR Create a separate runtime anywhere you like and as long as it has the proper folder structure, you can link to it from within Poser.
