Oh, I would definitely try turning Bit Defender off and rerender and see if it makes a difference.
UAC is Windows User Account Control, Microsoft's way of trying to keep malicious programs from doing anything with your valid programs. I wouldn't suggest turning it off (it's on by default) unless you're a computer power user like some of us are and really don't engage in any risky behavior and have a really good AV :)
I have an installations folder (Installs) and all my programs are installed there. I only put in Program Files what won't let me put it anywhere else. LOL.
