You'll notice that my IDL settings are very low, which is perfectly fine as long as you don't use IDL AS YOUR ONLY LIGHTSOURCE.

If you just use IDL emitters and no "proper" Poser light, you need to drastically raise the IDL settings to prevent artifacts.

Which of course will dramatically raise your render times.
