Unless I'm mistaken the morph could have been distributed as a .pmd injection which would contain the morph channels in the .pmd file (use external binary morph targets need not be enabled for the end user of the morph, simply as a way of saving the morph in order to create the INJ).

Anyway, this is a wonderful thread and a really nice demonstration of both talent and generosity.
