No idea, but the one on the left reminds me of Michelle Pfeiffer's face.  The one on the right also has a familiar face - I want to say Michelle Trachtenberg or Mira Sorvino, but I am probably wrong for both figures.

As for you getting there by the end of the year, that would really depend on where you are with it now and how much time you can put into it on a regular basis.  I would be lucky to get the lighting that good by the end of May.  Or the clothes.
