There's another method. You could download phi builder. It takes about ten minutes to learn to use it. Load your obj in Phi Builder. The obj. should be located in a Runtime geometry folder. Arange your hierarchy and choose your rotation order for the joints. Save the "hier" file. Import the obj. in Poser. Find "Convert Hier File" in the File menu and run the hier for your figure. Save the figure. Open a new scene and find your figure in the "New Figures" folder. From there you can work with the joint editor. All of the bones have been created.For a humanoid figure the rotation orders is as follows:
Torso or vertical sections are yzx
Ams or horizontal left to right are xzy
Feet or horizontal front to back are zyx
