Both work well, but I believe WW requires you have both the "to" and "from" character packs (though default Poser fig's are included).  Crossdresser just the "to" (the "from" is free).

Crossdresser is faster.

Wardrobe Wizard gives you more additional "tuning" after the fact.

Keep you expectations low in either case, and you should not be disappointed.  Auto-fit in any manner just does not look as good as clothes modeled for the character.
