Crossdresser is faster.

Wardrobe Wizard gives you more additional "tuning" after the fact.

Keep you expectations low in either case, and you should not be disappointed.  Auto-fit in any manner just does not look as good as clothes modeled for the character.

One additional difference is that Crossdresser works outside of Poser. 

It also appears to have the ability to transfer weightmaps outside of Poser when converting clothing to weightmapped figures (I don't own those modules so I can't verify it) whilst WW requires it to be done within Poser even when using the external WW program, which I purchased before WW was included in Poser...
