Yes.

The only difference between V4 and V4.2 is the eyebrow mask and the injection system.

Also, V4 came with the morphs loaded in the CR2 so the morph pose won't inject them - you'll have to do that by using the Inj All pose from DAZ's Victoria 4Morph Injections in the Pose library.

That is one.  However, most packaged characters may require Morph++.
