You could try using the morph brush to pull out the front of the bust a bit to get the look you want.  Shouldn't be too hard.  

I am not sure if there really is a lot of the vintage style clothing in the market that has not been... altered to a more current esthetic.  Goodness knows that is one of the reasons I have taken up modeling, I love vintage pinups and want more authentic clothing than most of what is available.
