I know that DAZ pays people to stand model for their figures/characters, remember how they teamed up with a porn model 2 years back or so? They make sure no one will ever sue them, but as long as you don't go 100% it's not an issue and as long as you don't call your character Bruce Willis or whoever it's modeled after.
