Wouldn't the advertisong be a gray area? After all don't they sometimes use celeb. look-a-likes? How can they prove that it was maodeled after Bruce Willis and not someone who looks like him? All they would probably have to do is put in the fine print a disclaimer about it not being the celeb and that would most likely give them an out.
