I couldn't edit my previous post anymore. Here is a screen shot using PP 2012 and pose2Lux. Now, this is not me telling you to stay off Reality but only showing that the free bridge also works and it can give you the possibility to play with Luxrender as this is what you need to test before maybe getting a pay for version...
