MY first question would be, what manual?  Since when did micro$oft include a manual with anything for less then $50 additional?  Not in my memory.

Second, some programmer in that dank Godforsaken place called redmond has decided what "features" I want and if there are options to set it as I wish, they're so well hidden I can't find them.  Confusion reign supreme, as always with micro$oft.

Tried running a tut from youtube, a couple of minutes later the computer was silent and nothing on the screen was moving.  "Alt-control-delete" necessary to get out of that.  Nothing moved the cursor.  But, if you bought a car, brought it home and the same day got notifications of 33 recalls on it, in the micro$oft way, that would be perfect.

Sorry.  In the line of work I retired from, there was "good" or "Scrap".  Nothing in between.
