Amazon seems to have offers from time to time but not sure where they ship the artical from.

 

Im also in England and what I would not do is  buy a physical item from smith micro or any company that uses UPS as a courier, you will pay a fortune in the delivery charges, on top of the normal postal charges you will be landed with a big fat bill from UPS courier. I had purchased the physical disc on the upgrade to pp12 and had it sent to my parents as that is more convenient, I got a call from my dad saying he had to pay UPS another amount of money or they wouldnt hand it over (at the doorstep) it was something like 30-40 quid,  this i believe to be the duty and their handling costs. So download is probably the way to go.
