If you look on the shipping section of that link it says USPS delivers to international, the cost starts from 8.95 to 25.00 for express but also states at the bottom

"Please Note: International shipping fees do not reflect any customs clearance or brokerage fees that may be imposed by your country. If additional charges apply, it will be the responsibility of the receiver. "

 

This is where they clock up the charges and ask for the cash at your door step so not really a great deal when you think you might end up paying in the region of 70 pounds (basic postage (in pounds) of 5.88 plus 35.00 approx UPS charges,  when the actual item is 29.50 pounds)   :(

 

I only bought that way before as i had probs with downloading the p7 when it was out with smithmicro (or efrontier, i cant remember) and had a lot of hooo-harr and in the end they just sent me the disc at their cost.
