All together now- "Do you have external binary morphs enabled?"

I assume you don't, as the issue of losing morphs with it turned on is well known. It think it's on by default so perhaps you've never turned it off? Though people do report losing morphs with it disabled. Happens to me all the time and it's very annoying.
