This issue definitely started when i upgraded to SR3.1 or possibly in SR2. I upgraded from SR1 to SR3.1 to use ezskin 2, and i never had any issues with the war orc or lizardian on SR1. I'm guessing it has something to do with the scaling issue they fixed, but broke other things like the freak4 shoulder issue.
