As for the OPs question, I've long given up on others catering to my taste, so I build most of what I want myself.

Real world items are always welcome, but they need to be accurate and not generic or eyeballed.

Everything vintage and non glamourous would be nice. Non US-centric would be great, too. Would love to have some european 50/60/70s "everyday" cars and smaller city environments.

And generally more outdoor stuff that is light on computer resources but renders realistic. A nice large meadow environment with wildflowers and some trees in the background, maybe a small hamlet and a non-tropical "stoney" beach. Some old fashioned working man's garden with some flowers, but mostly vegetables.
