Hi
Uninstall Poser and then run CCleaner registry scan to get rid of left over junk.
Then try reinstalling it again but don't install it to the same directory.
You are probably picking up something corrupt from the previous install.
If you put the program in a different location Windows will see it as something new and ignore previous installs.
You can install it in a folder named New Poser Install outside of the Programs folder or where ever you want.
