I unzip all zip files in one go into a temp folder.

Then I move the files from the temp folder to the final location. Having a folder with the runtime in it breaks that. So I would prefer the main runtime into the root of the zip.

If I want it to a different runtime I would use the unzip into folder option which puts everything in a folder with the same name as the zip
